We made the game, so anything about how a feature fires or what a symbol pays comes back to the people who actually built it. No middleman, no guesswork. Site stuff lands with us too: a stale figure, a page that will not load right, a topic you wish we had covered. If it touches the game or these pages, ask away.
What we do not handle
Casino-specific problems are a different matter. If something went wrong where you play, that one is for the operator, not us. Your account, your deposits, your withdrawals, your bonuses, all of it lives on their side.
